2 t. yeast
1 t. sugar or honey
1 c. warm water
3 ½ to 5 c. flour
½ t. salt
¼ c. oil
Mix yeast, sugar, and water. Let sit 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Knead in the bowl a few minutes, then cover and let rise for an hour. Punch down and divide into 4 balls. Roll each into 10” circle.
