Flour Tortillas

2 c. flour
½ t. salt
1 c. water

Mix. With oiled hands, knead a few times. Cover and let rise 15 minutes. Make into 12 balls, roll into circles. Heat a skillet or griddle medium-high. Cook 30 seconds first side (light brown), flip and cook briefly. Brush one side with butter or oil to stack. 12 tortillas.
