¾ c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
½ c. water
2 T. oil
1 t. vanilla
2 cored, peeled, chopped apples
½ c. chopped walnuts
Stir together dry ingredients. Add water, oil, and vanilla and mix well. Add the apples and walnuts. Pour into an 8” oiled pan. 35-40 minutes at 350. 6 servings.
