Posted on December 18, 2025January 9, 2026 By gaylascookbook_itw6oh

1 lb ground meat
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
[1/2 tsp red pepper]
1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or other herb)
Optional: 1/4 cup grated parmesan (or any hard cheese)

Oven 350. Mix together all of the ingredients. Shape into meatballs of your preferred size. Place in a baking dish so they are touching but not overcrowded. Bake 15-20 minutes, till browned and bubbling. Can put them under the broiler for 2-4 minutes to crisp them up. Serve alone or with rice or pasta, pasta sauce.
