2 ⅓ c. flour
1 ½ sticks butter (12 T.)
¼ t. salt
1 c. powdered sugar
1 T. lemon zest
1 egg
1 t. vanilla
Mix first 5 ingredients till crumbs form. Mix in the egg and vanilla for 1 minute. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate one hour. Roll out to 1/8”. Use cookie cutters. Bake on parchment paper 2 inches apart, 22-25 minutes at 350.
