¼ c. butter
¼ c. flour
½ t. salt
2 c. milk
2 c. grated cheese
8 oz. macaroni
½ c. bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
Boil and drain the macaroni. Make a white sauce; remove from heat and add the cheese and macaroni. Put in an oiled 9 x 13” pan. Top with crumbs. 30 minutes at 375. 4-6 servings.
