1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Dash salt and white pepper
Stir together all ingredients in small saucepan and heat over low heat about five minutes or until bubbly. Good on hot vegetables and fish. Try other types of cheese such as Parmesan. Yield: 1 cup.
