6 peaches, peeled and pitted
(OR use blackberries, strawberries, etc.)
¼ c. sugar
2 eggs
2 T. water
2 T. sugar
2/3 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
Oil an 8” pan and slice peaches into it. Sprinkle with the sugar. In a bowl whisk the eggs till foamy, then add the other ingredients. Mix well. Pour over the peaches. 30 minutes at 350. 6 servings.
