1 stick softened butter (8 T.)
½ c. brown sugar
½ c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. peanut butter
1 t. vanilla
½ t. baking soda
½ t. salt
1 ½ c. flour
Cream butter and sugars. Beat in the egg, pb, vanilla, baking soda, and salt. Sift the flour before measuring, and stir into the dough. Roll small balls and put on oiled cookie sheet. Flatten with fork. 12-15 minutes at 375. Makes 60.
