1 stick softened butter (8 T.)
1 T. honey
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1 t. vanilla
1 c. flour
Cream butter and honey. Add the pecans and vanilla. Sift the flour before measuring, and stir into the dough. If sticky, add a bit more flour. Shape into 24 small balls. Place on oiled cookie sheet and flatten a little. 15-20 minutes at 350. Cool on waxed paper.
