1 cup oil
1/3 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup lemon juice
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
Blend oil, vinegar, lemon juice and sugar in blender. Add onion, garlic, salt, mustard and mayonnaise and blend again.
Chinese Chicken Salad
2 heads shredded Romaine lettuce
2-3 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 pkg wonton chips
nuts (optional)
