1 small tin anchovies
3 cloves of garlic, pressed
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 cup olive oil
pepper to taste
romaine lettuce, washed, dried, broken into pieces
croutons
Parmesan cheese
chicken (optional)
shrimp (optional)
In a large bowl, mash together anchovies and garlic to create a pulp. Stir in mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice. Mix well. Just before serving, slowly drizzle in olive oil while continuously stirring. Season with pepper. Mix with lettuce and other ingredients.
